Just a note to thank you one again for an absolutely wonderful product in Handmap for Pocket PC with GPS. I have the Ostia GPS/Map system loaded on my Dell Axim x51...great PDA by the way! Yesterday I was out in a rural county in a very remote section of this county trying to find a road with a house that I had to photograph. I am a Home Appraiser. Well, anyway my Ostia system could not find the road, my Microsoft Pocket PC map could not find it and I was getting lost. Then I tried my Handmap map for this county and guess what??? 5 seconds later the road I was looking for was flashing on my PDA screen followed by the GPS arrow. My Handmap map had located the road!!!!! From that point on it was no problem...my Handmap with GPS got me to the right house and then got me back home. Many thanks...because if I had gotten lost in this remote region, many things could have happened to me and none of them good. Phillip Clark

By the way, I just wanted to commend you on a fantastic product. I have had a chance to use HandMap for a few days now, and it beats the Palm version of Mapopolis hands down. There's better use of color in HandMap and the maps load more quickly. I've now deleted Mapopolis from my palmtop. Gary T.

I just purchased a subscription to your county maps a week ago and it has already been an enormous help. I drive a service truck and have always had to depend on mapbooks to find addresses. I can't believe how much easier it is to just pull out my pocket pc and look up a street. It sure beats carrying a stack of mapbooks (and I don't need my magnifying glass anymore). Warren Watkins

I've owned and used just about every kind of GPS Mapping software for the Palm or WinCE machine that there is. Handmap is by far the pick of the litter. Product support after the sale is very important to me. Handmap's support is "Par Excellance". They have been very responsive to suggestions and questions about their product. The speed of the graphics and the variety of settings such as fonts, detail levels etc are super. I only wish I had found Handmap FIRST.... it would have saved me a lot of time and money. Jim S.

I travel in my job to some of the most remote places in Wisconsin. The State and county maps, the fast vector drawing on my visor neo and marrying geographic points to my palm address book entries has been a great help for me. My GPS companion combined with your software has proven to be an unbeatable combination. Cutting and pasting this information to spreadsheets and mapping through desktop software has allowed me to give directions easily to others. I often check back to see the next innovation and improvement to your software and services. John Edgar

Very good Program...great customer service!! I tried all of the biggest and best, Handmap with its county details is the BEST! I am an appraiser and in constant need of maps and Handmap fills the bill. The only thing missing is more individual state maps...like Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. Other than that, this is the program to buy. As to customer service, make a request and then watch your InBox...the answer is quick! Phil Clark

I have been a user of HandMap since it was first released. I have paid for and used several other Palm OS mapping programs. I work with a few volunteer rescue and emergency medical agencies. I use HandMap to quickly find locations of calls I am dispatched to. I have found HandMap the quickest and surrest way to get information I need. Other programs just did not provide as quick and accurate way to find the information I needed. The staff have also been the best at responding to feedback (both bugs and new feature requests). I highly recommend this program to any user who wants a GREAT mapping program. Paul Crawford (County Search & Rescue)
