Sorry but we do not provide telephone support. We provide support by email only. We specialize in providing a cost effective mapping solutions that cannot be matched by the large companies. To help us respond to you quickly and effectively make sure you fully describe the problem you are having. Please describe the steps you have taken and the problem you are encountering in as much detail as you can. Also please tell us what handheld you are using and the version of HandMap you are using. If you are a customer then please quote your member ID.
Response Time
We do respond to all emails we receive, usually within a few business days. If you do not hear from us within a few day then your email address may be inactive or you may have quoted an incorrect email address on your order. There are many reasons why email may not be delivered. If possible quote an alternative email address when asking for help in case we can’t contact you on your primary email address. We suggest you also check your SPAM filters in case they may be blocking our emails.
